10 sensations a day

10 sensations:
1. many turquoises of the sunlit sea this morning.
2. waves
3. sweet boa around my new hat, for the Chabad wedding
4. all the papaya mango mandarine colours of our bed and towels.
5. green tea with nana in the morning
6. mad about unscheduled time. Must make my own schedule. so much I could be accomplishing. hate the looseness. Tight schedules from now on. I can self-impose. The key is not to explore what lures me again and again into unstructured, wasted days. Key is to schedule and stick to the schedule. I hate blurs.
Okay: do it now:
9:42 - 10:30 sort and list
10:30 bank
11:30 phone Briut misrad
organize documents for translation, get approved.
2 eggs cerealflaxoatbranmilk cuke chicken nuts corn
mad at not working, making money, at this age. very mad at this. So do something. What?
need a TaDa list
today:
nothing so far. busy, and nothing.

joining Bitsy at BootyCamp

Okay, the swim to Bitsy's Booty Camp may be more than I'm ready for, so I'll just use the Netanya beach and promenade as my Booty Camp, and I'll run and bike to fitness with you Bits.
1 tiny cup Turkish coffee, and 3 big mugs of my beloved and famous hot water with a drop of good coffee.
1 pomelit (a sweet fragrant Beit Alfa grapefruit)
1/2 orange, slice melon, and 2 strawberries - in Israel these all have a fragrance and taste straight from the Garden of Eden.
eggs, 1 tsp olive oil ....... 500 calories so far,
and all accepted foods.
We'll try eating to appetite, but only foods on the list: you know the list - vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains. Ancient foods, none of the newfangled concoctions of this crazy "civilized" world.
So far so good.
1 banana, 1 persimmon, after a long long bike ride, past surfers and parasailors, people strolling and sitting in the beachside cafes.
edameme, chicken, apple, little pear 1000 now
more edameme and chicken --- 1500
Shabbes dinner without Adam. Who knows what his Friday night looks like, a couple of the guys saying a quiet prayer, mouthing a song or two?
salmon filet, yellow peppers, stew of squash, sweet potato, zucchini.
A good day, totally whole foods in natural state. mmmmmmmmmmm
41 to go til my flight.

Ah! I can breathe!

Woke up happy. Adam is fine. You sense a child who is far away, the way you sense him in the womb. There was a bikeriding moment yesterday, when I pictured Adam in that famous jumping picture, and I stopped my bike by the sea, and me and the wind just panted and panted, deep, and suddenly the breathing reminded me of labour. Adam is fine.

Sensational

This one is for me. The self indulgent one. The page that lets me spill onto it, clash, cry, delight, ramble. This one is the food diary, the sensations diary, the one that helps me know where I am.
In 42 days I'll fly to Canada. I'll try to record the days.
